We’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales to join our team!

The Role:
This role will be responsible for ensuring that the revenue targets for the business are hit and for managing and developing the sales team. This is a newly created role that would suit an ambitious sales manager looking to develop the role and the team over time.

Task include But not limited to:

Sales leadership and Strategy

Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in all markets where the business operates
Identify and target new business opportunities within key industries (e.g., gaming, technology, healthcare, etc.).
Set and monitor sales KPIs, inline with the business revenue targets ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging exhibition technologies
Produce monthly sales reports and feedback to executive leadership team.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Work closely with clients to understand their exhibition goals and provide tailored stand solutions.
Work closely with the design department to deliver clients briefs inline with expectations and budgets.
Lead high-value pitches and negotiate contracts with key clients and agencies.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Motivate and mentor team members to ensure continuous growth and success.
Foster a culture of collaboration between sales, design, and project management teams.

Key attributes:

Experience: A minimum of two years in a sales leadership role, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the events industry.
A proven track record of developing new business and delivering revenue targets.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
A strong and confident communicator.
Ability to lead by example.
Highly organised and able to work across multiple projects and deadlines.
Passionate about developing teams and contributing to company culture.
Experienced in Salesforce.
Full driving licence.
Ability to travel freely including Europe, US, South America and the Middle East.

This position is full time and in person at our new office in Victoria.
Additional travel and hours will be required throughout the year due to the nature of the role.
